Photo Book inserts are delivered in digital format. You will receive a JPEG file in an email within 48 hours of purchase. If you haven’t received an email within 48 hours, make sure to check your spam folder too.
Physical Products – Posters, Notebooks, Mugs and Bags
Orders are processed in 1-3 working days. If your order includes personalisation, you will receive a preview within 48 hours of purchase. You HAVE to approve the preview before it can be posted. Please check your spam folder as well for preview emails.
All parcels are shipped via RoyalMail.
UK orders are shipped First Class | 1-3 working days.
International orders are shipped International Standard | 1-2 weeks.
First Class and International Standard are not trackable.
The above mentioned times are estimated by RoyalMail and are not guaranteed delivery times, delay may occur.
During the festive period (October – December) delivery times can take substantially longer. First Class can take up to 2 weeks and International Standard can take up to 4 weeks!
Returns & Refunds
All products sold on TravelMapCreator.com are personalised. Returns are not accepted.
- Each personalised product design preview has to be approved before shipping, therefore, if you are unhappy with the design upon receiving the product, refunds will not be offered. Request changes to the design before the product is shipped.
- If the product arrives damaged or gets lost, you will be offered a refund or a replacement item.
