Shipping is fulfilled by RoyalMail & Partners.

Products are dispatched in 2-5 business days.

UK: RoyalMail 1st Class (1-2 business days). Service is not tracked. Free Shipping on all items except for products with a value under £4.

International: RoyalMail International (1-2 weeks).Service is not tracked. Price will be given at checkout.

IMPORTANT:

International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes that are no within out control and will be decided upon arrival into the destination country. Customs taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Although RoyalMail estimates 1-2 weeks for International parcels, some items will be held in customs for much longer and can be delayed by several days or weeks. If you have not received your parcel 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

We can NOT refund personalised items as they can not be resold, however, if you are unhappy with a product or it arrived damaged, please contact us and we'll try to fix it!

Non-personalised items can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. Refunds will be processed on the day when the returned items are received. If the buyer is returning the item with a tracked service, refunds will be processed on the day of postage. 

If an order is 'lost in mail' or significantly delayed (beyond 2 weeks for UK orders or beyond 4 weeks for international orders), the buyer can request a replacement or full refund which will be processed in 1 working day. 

Digital maps will be delivered through email in 300dpi JPEG format. Please read the order instrucitons carefully. You will receive a preview and will be able to request changes to your map. Up to 2 reviews.

Please note: there is no interactive editor at the moment, and all design and editing work is done manually through emailing.

Many products can be created for custom locations, these will be marked in the respective collections.
